As an authorized training center under the International Institute of Skills Development and IT Training (IISDIT) partnership, your institution will be responsible for the following:

1. Student Enrollment & Data Management

  • Ensure timely enrollment of all students on the IISDIT portal with accurate information.

  • Maintain and update student records regularly through the provided Student Management System.

2. Infrastructure & Training Environment

  • Provide a suitable classroom/lab environment equipped with basic computer infrastructure and internet connectivity.

  • Ensure the availability of projectors or screens (if possible) for better delivery of training sessions.

3. Trainer Management

  • Appoint qualified trainers/faculty members to deliver the courses as per the syllabus provided by IISDIT.

  • Allow trainers to attend periodic orientation or refresher training conducted by IISDIT for quality assurance.

4. Course Delivery & Syllabus Implementation

  • Deliver the courses as per the structured curriculum provided by IISDIT.

  • Monitor student attendance and progress throughout the training program.

5. Assessment & Examination Support

  • Support the students in appearing for assessments and internal evaluations as required.

  • Follow the exam schedule and guidelines issued by IISDIT.

6. Certification Coordination

  • Ensure that all student certification-related data (exam results, attendance, etc.) is submitted on time.

  • Distribute certificates and marksheets to students after successful completion, as provided by IISDIT.

7. Promotion & Outreach

  • Actively promote the certified training programs through banners, pamphlets, social media, and local outreach activities.

  • Highlight the partnership with IISDIT on your school/center brochures and communication materials.

8. Fee Management

  • Collect the applicable course fees from students (as per the fee structure) and ensure timely payment to IISDIT through the center wallet system.

9. Minimum Enrollment Commitment

  • Enroll a minimum number of students (as agreed in the MoU) within the defined time period to avail marketing support and other benefits.

10. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain a professional learning environment and uphold the quality standards defined by IISDIT.

  • Ensure transparent communication with students, parents, and IISDIT regarding training and certification processes.
